Why I am extremely passionate about coaching: I want to help others achieve their goals through the most efficient training possible. I want to create accessible training programs for people of all ages and backgrounds. My training methods are about pushing the extremes of the body’s capabilities in a safe and intelligent manner. I enjoy working with students individually or in small groups so I can really get to know each individual and create a personalized training program that works for their body, injury-free. I focus on building good technique and correcting improper movement patterns. If something has been unattainable, I work with the student to understand what in the body is holding them back. Then, we work on fixing the issue so what seemed impossible becomes simple and eventually easy.

- Create an unbreakable mind and body connection to help them work not only through the challenges of athleticism, but through any challenge that comes their way
- Have a healthy and flexible body for a lifetime after beginning their flexibility journey
